Each property receives a score from 0 to 100 that places it in one of four levels. The level decides how fast your team is alerted.
Certified means a Developing or Success seal: a score of 66 or higher with at least 10 completed evaluations. Only certified properties display a seal or appear on the public map. Distressed and Hazard scores stay private to your team, with alerts and an improvement plan.

Setup is $500 per property, one time, capped at $5,000 per owner, and is included in “Due to start” above. Owners with 500 or more units who pay for the year up front pay no setup. Over 10,000 units: contact us.
Seal included with every subscription. Earned, not purchased. Certification is earned with a qualifying BK Score and stays displayed while your score qualifies and your subscription is active.
Optional add-ons: on-site resident engagement ($2,500 per property), custom evaluations and alerts ($200 per hour, one-hour minimum), paper evaluations (quoted case by case), and consulting ($175 per hour, or $150 for Accelerator customers).
A 100-unit property pays $4,500 in year one on the annual plan, including the $500 setup. Preventing just two move-outs saves about $7,744. That is about 1.7 times your money back in year one, before counting faster repairs, stronger renewals, and the 20% fewer vacancies certified portfolios see.
A property is one building or community at one address. Pricing is based on the total units across all properties under one owner or operator. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice, with no cancellation fees. All payments, including setup, subscription, annual plans, and Accelerator hours, are non-refundable. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Unused Accelerator hours do not roll over.

What operators ask first.
Won’t resident feedback just mean more complaints? No. It means fewer, because problems get fixed before residents have to complain.
How do residents find out about it? We give you QR codes and an online link and train your staff to share them. Each property needs at least 10 completed evaluations to be scored. Want more participation? Add on-site resident engagement.
I am a developer. Can certification help my loan and funding applications? Yes. Your certification and BK Score give lenders and funders a record of how well your properties are run, which you can include with loan, tax credit, and public funding applications. Each lender or funder makes its own decision.
Is resident feedback really anonymous? Yes. Residents answer without an app or a login, and your team sees results and alerts, not who said what.
Who owns the data? You own your resident evaluation data for your operations. B-Konnected, LLC uses data only in anonymized, combined form that does not identify you, any property, or any resident, for research, benchmarking, and product improvement. The one exception: once a property is certified, its seal and BK Score appear on the public map. See Section 4.4 of the subscription agreement.
What if a property scores low? Scores below the certification level stay private to your team. You get alerts and an improvement plan, and the seal can be earned once your score qualifies.
Does it work with my property management software? It works alongside the software you already have. No integration is needed.
