Every participating property gets a score from 0 to 100, based on continuous feedback from the people who live there. Only properties that score Developing or Success can display a seal, and those are what we call certified homes. Owners can’t buy one. They earn it by keeping resident scores high, month after month.
The best-run homes. Maintenance responds fast, management follows through, and residents say it’s a safe, healthy place to live.
Solid, reliable homes. Strong operations, with a clear plan to reach Success. A good choice, and getting better.
Properties scoring below Developing do not get a public seal. Their owners get private alerts and an improvement plan instead, so problems get fixed.
