Brittany Katalenas, MSW, founded B-Konnected, LLC in 2018 because she knew there was a more sustainable, holistic way to keep people housed, make sure every home is quality housing, and help operators run and scale well.
That conviction comes from more than a decade inside housing: federal Housing and Urban Development compliance and administration, property management, housing inspection, and urban planning and geographic information systems mapping. Her work sits where three fields meet that most housing professionals see separately: social determinants of health, federal housing programs, and housing inspection. Along the way she kept seeing the same gap. The services people need to find housing, stay housed, and build more homes don’t connect. Resident Success closes that gap.
Since 2018, B-Konnected, LLC has certified properties and monitored housing quality and services for more than 3,200 households. In 2025, the Colorado Technology Association honored Brittany with the APEX Emerging Leader Award.
Education: Master of Social Work, Metropolitan State University of Denver. Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning, Wright State University.
Credentials: Uniform Relocation Act certified (49 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 24).
Scaling now: Boulder County Housing Authority and Housing Department joined in September 2026, as we bring eight years of results to more homes.
