Every participating property gets a score from 0 to 100, based on continuous feedback from the people who live there. Only properties that score Developing or Success can display a seal, and those are what we call certified homes. Owners can’t buy one. They earn it by keeping resident scores high, month after month.

Properties scoring below Developing do not get a public seal. Their owners get private alerts and an improvement plan instead, so problems get fixed.
